Liza Chuma Akunyili

Liza Chuma Akunyili is a sexual healer, who brings together her extensive education as a certified child and adolescent counsellor, lasting transformation coach, and skilled hypnotherapy practitioner, alongside her deep understanding of human biology and heterosexual pleasure.

Her goal is to assist individuals who have experienced trauma and addiction in building stable relationships—both romantically and as parents—while also helping them reclaim and experience sexual pleasure.

To do this, she sometimes has to help her clients navigate loving their bodies, recovering from abandonment, upgrading their styling game and even matchmaking them where necessary.

Over the last seven years, she has worked with more than a thousand people from small group teachings to one-on-one sessions through her seven-year-old therapy business; Liza Express Wellness. This figure excludes her general work on social media and her public articles on key conversations that affect our society such as men’s mental health, and how faith and therapy intersect alongside other things.

She is also a lover of beauty and poetry. When she is not teaching, she reads for fun, travels and loves her pastries.
